About

Soul Pest Control is a family owned pest control company based in Winter Haven, serving homes and businesses across Polk County with more than 25 years of experience. Every job starts with a careful inspection of the property, followed by a plain-English explanation of what we found and what the treatment plan involves. Polk County homes deal with German cockroaches, ghost ants, fire ants, spiders, and roof rats, and we treat each of those problems with a specific plan rather than a one-size-fits-all spray. You will know what we are doing and why before any product goes down.

Central Florida pests never really take a season off. Ants push indoors during the summer rainy season. Palmetto bugs move in from mulch, palms, and storm drains, and German cockroaches spread through kitchens and shared walls. Roof rats nest in palms, citrus trees, and attics, and silverfish, earwigs, and centipedes follow the moisture that comes with living near so many lakes. Our work starts by matching the treatment to the pest.

That can mean gel baiting where cockroaches actually travel, snap traps and exclusion sealing for mice, or a perimeter barrier around the foundation to stop ants and spiders before they reach the door. We also handle wasp and bee removal, flea and tick treatment, and mosquito treatment for yards where people spend their evenings. Commercial pest control is available for businesses that need a consistent schedule.

We serve homeowners and businesses in Lakeland, Winter Haven, Bartow, Auburndale, Haines City, Davenport, Lake Wales, Dundee, Lake Hamilton, Polk City, Poinciana, and Plant City. Call (580) 730-1209 Monday through Saturday, 9am to 5pm, and we will set up an inspection at a time that works for you.
